“Please note that after July 2010, only WinXP SP3 machines will continue to
be offered critical security updates. Also note that if SP3 is installed
after IE7 or IE8 is installed, neither IE version can be uninstalled (if
need be) without first uninstalling SP3.

Office 2007: Why Does Drawing Object Or Shape Disappear When Deleting Text near it?

Posted by kristobaldude on March 15, 2014

You cannot put drawing objects into a text box,…

These were the most helpful links I could find, but none quite exactly addressed my problem.  However, after an hour or so of tinkering I figured it out:

SOLUTION:  Format the AutoShape as “In line with text” — then you can move cut text from your document and paste it into the textbox under AutoShape with the object (textbox or AutoShape) deleting itself! 🙂

BLAY

“Cannot delete hpwuSchd2.exe: Access Denied” when trying to delete HP folder from Program Files.

Delete in Safe Mode? Worked.

Run CCleaner — now it finds all sorts of missing DLL issues. Had to run it 4 times in a row before it actually fixed everything.

Restart into Regular mode.

Error on boot:
“Please wait while windows configures unload.”

Still says “HP Smart Web Printing (Already Installed)”

Tried this:
Manually uninstall HP Printer software
In case you cannot uninstall HP Printer software from your PC (Add/Remove Programs) you can search for .dat files in C:\Program Files\HP\ and then use the following command (with the appropriate modifications of course):

“C:\Program Files\HP\Digital Imaging\{F38FA38A-7E5A-4209-88ED-4DE21CD20EEF}\setup\hpzscr01.exe” -datfile hposcr03.dat

What if I install Photosmart drivers and software first, then install the officejet?

Was able to successfully install D7400 Printer drivers and software. 🙂

I’m not sure why, but that was the problem. I was able to install the Officejet Printer just fine after first installing the photosmart printer, though Smart Web Printing still showed as already installed.
